The 90 Day Commitment Challenge
In this Youtube video, I throw down the gauntlet to you men, in what I call “The 90 Day Commitment Challenge”.
The 90 Day Commitment Challenge is the polar opposite of the traditional New Year’s resolution.
The standard New Year’s resolution-er creates a laundry list of various improvements, which leads to him feeling overwhelmed by all the tasks, then discouraged, and ultimately giving up before the end of January.
For this challenge, we will do the exact opposite.
Rather than set yourself up for failure and frustration, by overloading yourself with too many objectives, I invite you to identify ONE singular area of your life that you would like to completely transform.
Imagine a future for yourself that would inspire you.
What are you doing?
What car do you drive?
How do you walk, talk, and carry yourself?
Where Will You Be?
In 90 days, you could:
Become conversational in a foreign language,
Generate your first $1,000 in a new business,
Drop 20 pounds in body fat,
Start building muscle mass, or grow a lagging body part.
*For bonus points, and a greater chance of success, write it down.
The Strategy
There are only five steps to making the 90 Day Challenge smooth like butter.
