Be Good to People

Most people you meet will be indifferent towards you.

Some will go out of their way to be friendly, interested, or kind to you, like a stranger with a cart loaded down with two weeks worth of groceries letting you go first through the check out, because you’re only holding one item.

A TINY percentage of people who cross your path will be willing to invest time, emotion, and energy into you. For seemingly no reason, a small number of people in your lifetime will take a liking to you.

You’ll remind them of their younger brother, or themselves when they were younger.

They’ll admire your hustle, your sense of humor, or simply feel an affection toward you.

This rare breed of people will send you clients, connect you with opportunities, or simply be supportive and helpful, asking nothing in return.

On extremely rare occasions, this person will be an attractive woman, who, inexplicably, falls madly in love with you.

The more charming, handsome, and kind YOU are, the more often these benevolent individuals will cross your path.

The Trick

The trick is to treat these rare group of people EXTREMELY well.

Thank them.

Reward their kindness with small tokens of appreciation: gifts, flowers, cards, something you think they’d enjoy.

Remember their birthdays, ask about their children.

When the beautiful woman has a crush on you, and follows you around like a puppy, be nice to her. (Not too nice.)

Recognize that other human beings who are genuinely interested in you, will mostly be rare and magnificent jewels.

Treat them like you value their energy, attention, and time.

Next Level

The next level up is to BE this person, for as many people as you can.
